Reasonably clean hotel, there were excellent staff and location. We liked breakfast that was included. Top location with a tram station close to the property. Walking distance to main tourist attractions, like a cathedral and a museum.

Bright view, fine staff, tasty food. Thoroughly enjoyed the guest room, it was cheap the time we came in. Gorgeous location, just a walk down to very very nice area. The ambience felt really quiet and service was very good! A special hotel in Florence.

It met the purpose and we would definitely go back. Sumptuous breakfast, staff is courteous! The restaurant was located within 800 feet. There were spacious bathrooms.

We could have lunch in La Grotta Toscana set within 400 feet. Friendly staff and management. Hotel’s position a few steps away from all places we wanted to see, like giotto's bell tower...

We could easily get to giotto's bell tower and uffizi gallery was near the hotel. The breakfast was sumptuous, we would love to return. The staff at the property were helpful
